Functional back deck to entertain guests and host parties.
Project Vision:
The owners home was brand new and had doors for a back deck, but no new deck.
The project scope was create a large functional back deck with seating area and shade posts. all within the small backyard property lines.
The work started with the foundations being dug. The new deck structure was then built and temporary supported so the deck posts could be located exactly in the middle of the foundation holes. After the inspection passed, the decking was completed with 2 x 6 PT boards for longevity and stability.
Then the stairs were built down to the backyard with a concrete landing. The guardrails and handrails went up along with the bench and shade posts.
